Port of NEOM is proud to welcome Pan Marine Group with the launch of a new ROPAX service between Port of Safaga and Port of NEOM - a major milestone in growing regional connectivity, with the first sailing to be welcomed the first week of December 2025.
This addition builds on the existing Egypt–KSA ROPAX services at Port of NEOM, expanding cargo and passenger capacity, enhancing trade flows with broad capability, and strengthening cross‑border connectivity.
Operating four fixed sailings weekly, the Pan Lily vessel makes the seven‑hour crossing supporting freight with up to 130 trucks and 100 cars per trip. The service strengthens connectivity across Egypt, the GCC, and Iraq, with long‑term potential for extended corridors into Europe. It also supports a wide range of goods - from FMCG and e‑commerce to industrial parts and perishables.
By combining strengths, this partnership reinforces Port of NEOM’s role as a strategic gateway on the Red Sea, extending reach into Mediterranean and European markets and positioning the Kingdom as an emerging global logistics hub.
