ShipTek 2025 Dubai Successfully Concludes, Setting New Benchmarks in Maritime Innovation
The globally acclaimed ShipTek 2025 International Maritime Conference & Awards concluded on a high note after two days of insightful discussions, groundbreaking innovations, and unparalleled networking opportunities. Held at the JW Marriott Dubai from January 29-30, 2025, the event brought together maritime professionals, technologists, and industry leaders to address the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the maritime sector.
Maritime Innovation Unveiled
The conference commenced with a ministerial keynote address by H.E. Eng Hessa Ahmed Hamdan Almalek, Advisor to the Minister for Maritime Transport Affairs, UAE Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, followed by a regional keynote from H.E. Khamis Juma Buamim, Chairman of Dubai Council for Marine & Maritime Industries (DCMMI Emirates) and Chairman & Group CEO of KBI – UAE. Sir Sohan Roy, Founder & Chairman of Aries Group of Companies, delivered the presidential address, setting the tone for the event.
