In the esteemed presence of His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Vice President of the General Sports Authority and President of the Bahrain Combat Sports Council, the Kingdom of Bahrain hosted the third World CIO Summit, which recognized 38 Key Executives for their significant contributions to advancements in Artificial Intelligence across the Kingdom. The event was a collaborative effort between the Global AI Group, UAE GEC Media, the General Sports Authority, and His Highness Shaikh Nasser Artificial Intelligence Research and Development Center (NAIRDC).

Mr. Mohammed Al Sharqawy, ASRY IT Senior Manager, was amongst the top Key Executives selected to attend this event for the third time in a row. He was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the field of Information Technology, particularly his role in the technological development and digital transformation of ASRY through the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and qualitative projects aimed at fostering continuous development within the company.

In this context, His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa expressed his deep appreciation for the honored Executives' role in supporting Artificial Intelligence initiatives. He emphasized that their pioneering role reflects their unwavering belief in the capabilities and potential of national talents, as well as their contributions to various vital sectors in the Kingdom.

Dr. Jasim Haji, President of the Global AI Group, also commended the forward-thinking approach of the Key Executives in the Kingdom in adopting AI Advancements and spreading institutional development through the cutting-edge solutions. He highlighted how the conference serves as culmination of the pioneering initiatives and the innovative approach led by His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, a key figure in driving AI advancement within the Kingdom. 

In addition, Al Sharqawy expressed his deep appreciation for the visionary initiatives of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa in supporting innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence. He also acknowledged His Highness' outstanding contributions to enhancing comprehensive technological transformation in the Kingdom. These efforts serve as a driving force to continue striving for excellence, innovation, and achieving further accomplishments in the technological fields, thereby supporting the Kingdom's leading position among advanced nations worldwide.
