The acquisition highlights Mintra’s accelerated growth in the global maritime sector and is the next step in the strategic goal of rapid market share increase.

Seably hosts a community driven marketplace of over 700 maritime courses and together with WellAtSea adds technological innovations which will take Mintra’s existing industry-leading Human Capital Management solutions and digital learning to the next level.

This latest announcement follows Mintra’s acquisitions of OCS HR in 2016, Atlas Knowledge in 2018 and Safebridge GmbH in 2021. By adding 100s of customer accounts and over 65,000 users to its systems, Mintra will now be serving over 4,100 customer accounts and 2.5 million system users worldwide.
