As #TOCWorldwide strives to deliver high quality international events for the benefits of its clients, the difficult decision to move the inaugural TOC Africa hosted in Morocco, to new dates in September 2023 had to be taken because of China’s Covid Travel restrictions.  These new dates give this ground-breaking event the time it needs to ensure that the international audience will be of the quality expected at any TOC Event within its portfolio.

#TOCAfrica has already garnered much interest from the market and the innovative Conference Programme will be released shortly, with speakers, which will feature leading sessions, mainly discussing the following:

  • Connecting the maritime & logistics sector in Africa – the port as a trade enabler
  • Developing port & hinterland infrastructure
  • Financing & investing in African maritime trade: what are the challenges ahead?
  • Digitalising maritime & logistics in Africa
  • Sustainable operations: what does that implicate for African ports & terminals?

For over 40 years, TOC Worldwide has been the gateway for industry professionals to access global container supply chains, and in consultation with partners and industry stakeholders including Tanger Med Port Authority, the decision to re-schedule was taken to guarantee a safe and successful event.

Spotlight session in June
TOC Worldwide has also confirmed that a TOC Africa spotlight session will take place at TOC Europe on 13-15 June 2023, providing the community with a chance to hear the latest pioneering initiatives taking place within #Tanger Med port and the wider continent, as well as to learn more about the TOC Africa event itself.
