Mintra has been awarded the highest available Gold Standard accreditation for the second consecutive year by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) to acknowledge the high quality of learning and development solutions brought to safety critical industries. The business also secured the highest scores available across 14 key performance areas.

Mintra has been recognised by the LPI for 12 consecutive years as a leading global authority for workplace learning and development, delivering solutions to the global maritime and energy sectors. The accreditation covers all areas of Mintra’s products and services, including the learning and competence management system Trainingportal, crew management software OCS HR and eLearning.

The auditors acknowledged Mintra’s ongoing commitment to development and training, reinforced by the Learning and Development Director Janet Donaldson previously being awarded a fellowship by the LPI for her high professional standards and expertise within the learning and performance community. Seven other members of the content development team have now been appointed as members of the LPI.
