Join the global tug and salvage sector at the 26th International Tug & Salvage Convention, Exhibition & Awards 2022 on 28-30 September in Istanbul, Turkey, in association with Caterpillar.
Bringing the international community of tug owners/operators, towage, builders, ports & harbours, designers and suppliers, masters, salvors and emergency responders together for three days incorporating an unrivalled conference, sector-leading exhibition, networking and social functions and a much-anticipated industry gala dinner that incorporates the International Tug & Salvage Awards, this is the event not to be missed.
With support from industry associations – European Tugowners Association, British Tugowners Association, The Nautical Institute and GISBIR – ITS 2022 will provide the network for reconnecting with old friends and meeting with new during a full programme of events that will bring the community together for the first time since 2018. The Convention incorporates an industry leading Exhibition, three-day Conference, Gala dinner and Awards and an extensive social and networking programme.

It is held in Istanbul, Turkey, at the heart of the global tug building industry, where shipbuilding dates back over 600 years and tugboats now dominate the Turkish shipbuilding order book.
The supporting three-day conference covers all the elements required for safe, sustainable and commercially successful tug and salvage operations while the exhibition provides a unique platform for demonstrating technology, design, equipment, services and innovations. Papers on our programme will consider our theme from regulatory, design, operational, technical, commercial, market, financial and ESG standpoints.
