The logistics industry in Saudi Arabia is valued at $27.60 billion in 2020 and it is expected to reach USD 38.80 billion by 2026, witnessing a CAGR of 5. 85%. Transport services had the highest market share among logistics industry sub-sectors in Saudi Arabia in 2020 of about 70 percent. The Saudi Arabian cold chain logistics market was valued at USD 0.97 billion in 2021, and it is expected to reach a value of USD 2.96 billion by 2027. The kingdom also plans to inject over USD 147 billion for developments surrounding the transportation and logistics industry, specifically to turn the country into a transportation hub.
