Hapag-Lloyd has withdrawn all its vessels from the Arabian Gulf following a temporary closure of the Strait of Hormuz, a company spokesperson said on Thursday.
The German shipping group stated that the decision followed a comprehensive security assessment and coordination with relevant authorities, confirming that all ships previously waiting in the Arabian Gulf have now safely left the area.
However, the company declined to provide additional details, citing security concerns.
