Acting on behalf of Minister of Transport and Logistics Services Saleh Al-Jasser, Transport General Authority President Eng. Fawaz Al-Sahli led the Saudi delegation at the 5th Türkiye Maritime Summit in Istanbul, a high-level event bringing together senior international officials, ministers, logistics leaders, and International Maritime Organization Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez to discuss key developments in maritime transport, supply chain resilience, port digitalization, and the blue economy.
The Saudi delegation's participation highlights the Kingdom's commitment to exchanging global expertise and adopting best practices in the maritime sector. This engagement directly supports the National Transport and Logistics Strategy, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s position as a global logistics hub connecting continents in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.
