Marsa Maroc announces the creation of “Ports4Impact”, a new autonomous entity dedicated to steering and implementing its corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy. This initiative gives new momentum to a long-standing commitment within the company, while establishing a more agile, and partnership-oriented framework for action with civil society and project initiators.
« Ports4Impact » builds on Marsa Maroc’s CSR strategy and represents a logical next step in its evolution. Through this entity, Marsa Maroc seeks to advance its civic engagement to a next stage, by optimizing its initiatives, enhancing their impact, and embedding them in a sustainable and impactful partnership approach. The name « Ports4Impact » reflects the ambition, of Marsa Maroc, to turn ports into not only economic hubs, but also engines of social, environmental, and cultural impact.
This entity is intended to consolidate existing CSR initiatives, launch new ones, and mobilize a wide range of stakeholders around high-impact actions in areas such as the environment, social inclusion, sports, arts, and culture, and more broadly, any initiative aligned with Marsa Maroc’s CSR roadmap as well as with national priorities.
Through « Ports4Impact », Marsa Maroc reaffirms its commitment to playing an active role in the economic and social development of the regions where it operates, both in Morocco and internationally, by supporting local dynamics and contributing to the collective effort to meet community needs. This initiative is part of a long-term vision, in line with the values of responsibility, engagement, and sustainable performance that have guided Marsa Maroc since its creation.
