Marking Bahraini Engineer's Day on 15 October, the Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) paid tribute to its engineering teams across administrative and production departments, recognizing their continued dedication and hard work, which have played a major part in driving the company towards excellence and success.
On this occasion, ASRY’s CEO, Dr Ahmed Al Abri, congratulated all ASRY engineers, praising their pivotal role in driving the company’s progress and innovation. He affirmed that their constant efforts feed into achievements that strengthen ASRY’s standing across the region and beyond.
He also voiced appreciation for engineers working across Bahrain’s development sectors, recognizing their valuable contributions to the Kingdom’s progress. Dedicating this day to the Kingdom’s engineers, he added, is an ideal opportunity to highlight their efforts and honour their achievements that raise Bahrain’s standing and prosperity.

He added that the company will continue to create meaningful, high-quality opportunities to support and empower Bahraini engineers, with the aim of involving them directly in the company’s ongoing development process.
Dr Al Abri stressed that investing in the development of national talent is a cornerstone for realising the company’s future vision and for strengthening its leading position in the global maritime sector, and he wished all ASRY employees continued success.
