Royal Caribbean has unveiled a leadership change designed to reinforce its footprint across Asia Pacific, including Singapore and Southeast Asia, as part of its ongoing strategy to strengthen regional integration and support long-term growth in key markets. Ben Bouldin, currently President of Greater China, will take on expanded responsibilities covering the wider Asia region, in addition to his role as President of China & Managing Director of Asia. The move reflects the company’s continued focus on enhancing regional alignment and driving sustained growth across its core markets.
Bouldin brings more than a decade of international leadership experience with Royal Caribbean, having joined the company in 2014 and holding senior roles across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as most recently leading the business in China. In his previous roles, Bouldin has overseen sales, marketing and commercial operations, contributing to the brand’s growth and performance across multiple markets.
Bouldin’s expanded remit reinforces Royal Caribbean’s commitment to Asia as a key growth region, building on the company’s momentum in delivering the ultimate family vacation experiences to guests across the region.
