Pan Marine hosted H.E. Ambassador Angelina Eichhorst, Head of the European Union Delegation to Egypt, during a visit to the company’s RoRo terminal at Damietta Port.
The visit was attended by Major General Dr. Ahmed Hamdy Abdel Aziz, Vice Chairman of the Damietta Port Authority, as well as Pan Marine Vice President Marwan El Shazly and RoRo General Manager Islam Hosny.
During the visit, the delegation reviewed Pan Marine’s RoRo operations at the terminal, including vessel loading procedures and the departure of Voyage No. 74, a service operating between Egypt and European destinations.
According to the company, its RoRo operations have expanded over the past two years to support trade connectivity between Egypt and Europe. Pan Marine also stated that the service corridor has recently been extended to connect European and GCC markets through Egypt.
The visit formed part of ongoing engagements focused on logistics operations and regional trade connectivity through Egyptian ports.
