In his presentation, Saleh discussed major topics and issues taking place in today’s maritime and shipping sectors, shedding the light on Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan SEEMP, its purpose and advantages, distribution of the world’s fleet in light of international regulations, and the stages of addressing climate change all the way to 2050 through IMO’s regulations to control GHG emissions and CO2 reductions.
