CMMI is pleased to announce the signing of a collaboration agreement with its spin-off company Nautonomy Ltd and Fractal Networx Ltd for the design, development, integration and validation of multi-USV systems supporting defence, security and maritime operational missions.
The agreement was signed during Eurosatory 2026 in France by Mr. Zacharias Siokouros on behalf of CMMI, Dr. Christos Keleshis on behalf of Nautonomy Ltd, and Mr. Kyriakos Ioannou on behalf of Fractal Networx Ltd, in the presence of the Cyprus Ministry of Defence, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration that brings together the complementary expertise of the three organisations.
Building on the successful demonstrations at Eurosatory 2026, including the USV-540 platform, the collaboration will integrate Nautonomy's Owl Pilot autonomous navigation system and Nautonomy C2 ecosystem with Fractal Networx's Orion C2 Orchestrator and Alecto electronic warfare payload to deliver enhanced unmanned maritime capabilities for defence, security and maritime operational missions.
This partnership represents an important step towards strengthening technological capabilities, advancing innovation, and supporting the growth of the maritime and defence sectors.
